- At WINGPANTHER, we are committed to delivering premium quality products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-Day Return & Replacement Policy under the terms below.
📅 7-Day Return / Replacement
You can request a return or replacement within 7 days from the date of delivery.
✅ Return / Replacement Conditions
To be eligible:
- Product must be unused and unwashed
- All original tags must remain attached
- Product must be in original condition and packaging
- You must provide valid Order ID proof
- Item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect size (if approved)
❌ Returns Will Not Be Accepted If:
- Product has been worn or washed
- Original tags are removed
- Product is damaged after use
- Request is made after 7 days of delivery
- ⚠ Important: Products without original tags will strictly not be accepted.
🔄 Replacement Process
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Share Order ID and clear product images (if damaged/defective).
- After approval, we will arrange pickup (if service available in your area).
- Replacement product will be dispatched after quality inspection.
💳 Refund Policy
If replacement is not available, refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days after product verification.
